Do you agree or disagree with the below two facts? why? No plagiarism 200 words each question please

1 The U.S. spends more for healthcare than any other high-income country, although spending growth has slowed in the U.S. (and most other countries) in recent years. Americans have relatively few hospital admissions and physician visits, but there is greater use of technology. But by contrast, the U.S. pays a relatively small share of its economy to social services. And the U.S. has poorer results on several key health outcome measures such as life expectancy and prevalence of chronic conditions.

Higher cost doesn't necessarily mean better quality at all. I can see if you go to a Dr or a specialist and they have all kinds of equipment that can help them diagnose patients better then paying a higher cost may be worth the quality you get. But if those same kind of Doctors are good but send you to a hospital or a specialty facility to have those tests performed then they read the results then it may be done cheaper and have the same if not better results as those Dr.s may have better bedside manners

1, The U.S spends more on persons than any other country. It depends on political, economic and social contributions that differ the spending. Other countries spent health per person compared to the U.S half of that amount. In recent years U.S health spending growth is slowed. It was a 4.3% annual growth rate than 7.2% in the last five years. Health information technology adoption in U.S hospitals impacts quality care, adverse drug effects, and readmissions rates. Telemedicine, EHR uses and artificial intelligence in U.S limited patients to visit a physician. Health care spending growth and the U.S economy are complex and multidimensional. Increased health care spending impacted the federal budget. U.S government faced cost rising more rapidly than revenues, so other expenses for social services and programs are impacted against other benefits. Americans live a shorter life with their illness than other countries that contribute to poor health in American this is due to poor social or public policies against public health and wellbeing. Due to the small share of the economy during the 20th century that influence poor health and mortality rate in the U.S.
2, In U.S health care costs extremely high, anyhow it has ranked 26th in the world life expectancy, it ranks poorly and has poor quality care. Health care spending on diagnostic tests, hospitalization, procedures for high spending medicare beneficiaries receive quality care than low spending areas. high spending intensity care improves patient outcomes. The relationship between quality care and high-cost spending has low mortality. Variation of cost makes a variation in quality. Doctors' ethical obligations for quality care depend on reimbursement to avoid penalties for unfair care made them provide quality care and reduce cost. Technology growth and subspecializations make concern about incentives of fee-for-service treatment, link with insurance program involve physicians and patients that physician has no economic impact on patients. set of incentives beyond criticism make physicians work as a professional, they play a major role in increasing the health care market.
