For your discussion this week, share what you learned during your administrator interview. What was the most interesting thing? the most surprising thing?
It was a great leaning path for me to get to know new things about the administrator profile. There were numerous applicants for the same profile and there was a rush to get to the top and beat the mark. There were so many people from around the city for this application who had their own set of stories to tell and suggest. But the most interesting thing about it was the fact that during the interview round, they did not as anything technical or related to the field. Their criteria was this that since we are professionals in the field we will know the basics which is enough for them to start with. They wanted to look at our leadership skills with the use of many games. It was fun. This was the most surprising thing for me that the multinational firms value for others so much and i wished to get elected in the finals.
