The individual level theories fit into ecological framework where it determine the health of an individual related to the environment.

On oublib health basis we can use individual level theories to the public.It gives a personal experience of each individual about the health condition to others

For example a patient who has suicidal tendency can get confidence out of this theory to come out if the crisis
