We often hear the expression Life Work Balance. Why is it important particularly if you work in Health Care to have a good work/life balance?

Note three reasons why this is important and what you do to make sure that you do not burn out?

If there is a balance in life then a person may also achieve work balance. Balance between personal life and work is very important in a health care system: If a person is having balance related problems then they may not be able to perform quality care to patients.

→ It is important because to maintain balance because it helps reduce stress and prevent burnout in workplace. * If a person is stressed it leads to negative health conditions including anxiety, insomnia and depression and this will effect in work. → Health care is very important because patients care is in our hands if we are not able to performo it leads to problems for patients - Prevention of burnout + I will prioritise my time to prevent burnout → Work hours are strictly set. → Personal time is set aside. → finances should be accounted + Exercise → Eat healthy diet
