It is not a regular rhythm, there is spikes and PVC's in-between rhythm.

So, it looks like the patient has Pacemaker implantation.

PP interval - 880 ms or 0.88 sec.

RR interval - in regular rhythm the RR interval is 760ms or 0.76 sec.(Except PVC)

QT interval - 400 ms to 440ms or 0.4 to 0.44sec.

QRS wave - 80ms or 0.08 sec in regular ECG and 160ms or 0.16 sec in PVC's.

PR interval - 100ms to 200 ms or 0.1 to 0.2 sec.

ST segments changes - There is no ST changes but there is T wave inversion, it shows Myocardial Ischemia.

Heart rate - Approximately 72 beats per minute.

Rhythm interpretation - It looks like there is a synchronized pacemaker implanted in the patient's body. which is generating impulses when there is a skipped beat.
