order :-Methotrexate 15 mg IM daily

Supply :- Methotrexate 1 gm vial

Direction:-- Reconstitute with 2 ml of normal saline to yield 2.5 mg /ml

2.5 mg methotrexate is present in 1ml of reconstituted solution .

So for 15 mg methotrexate

= 1/2.5 X 15 = 6 ml.

Hence, 6ml is the correct answer.
