Medical history such as corticosteroid intake includes as the patient should be provided normal dose of the steroids before the surgery. The alcohol should be not consumed before 48 hours of the surgery. This is important to inform the patient.

It is important to provide support, counseling to the patient according to their age such as children requires better care whereas old age people should be able to understand the process of the surgery.

It is important to access cardiovascular status as to prevent any kind of shock. So, early detection leads to management of the disease.
