Identify and discuss three of the physical changes that take place during middle adulthood AND late adulthood. How are the changes different from middle adulthood to late adulthood? What are the major health issues that surround both of these age groups?

Middle adulthood is the time of life between ages of 40 and 65.Physical changes during this period are graying of hair,loss of hair,Wrinkles , age spots and weight gain.

During late adulthood physical changes that took place are:- The skin continue to lose elasticity,reaction time slows further,muscle strength diminishes.Their is vision and hearing loss.

During middle adulthood their is wrinkling of the skin but in late adulthood the skin losses elasticity,reaction times slows down.Sensory abilities and cardiac output begin to decline in middle adulthood but in late adulthood they continue to decline.

Major health issues that surround both of these age group are Arthritis,Asthma, Hypertension , Diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease ,Congnitive impairment.
