The four principles used in bioethics are Respect for Autonomy, Beneficence, Non-Maleficence, and Justice. Explain, what you think each of these mean and how they manifest in the clinical setting. Do you think there is one that is more important than the others? Why, and which one, or why not? Do you think that these four principles are enough? Should there be more? Why or why not?

#. Four principles of bioethics are :-

1. The principle of autonomy ("I have the right to say what happens to my own body")

This principle seeks to protect the patient from undue influence by guaranteeing the right to privacy and the right of informed consent before treatment.

2.The principle of beneficence ("Doing good")

Due to extensive training medical professionals usually know what is best for a patient. Physicians and nurses help patients and act in their best interests. In extreme cases, it can become a form of paternalism, where patients can make no choices about their treatment but are completely reliant on medical professional (whether they want to be or not.)

3. The principle of nonmaleficence ("above all, do no harm")

principle aims at preventing unnecessary harm to patients. It allows the "double effect" means harm results unintentionally. Measuring harm is based on such criteria such as the quality of life (QOL) and the patients best interest.

4. The principle of justice ("fairness")

basis of principle is that patients ought to be treated fairly or equally. The sickest come first, first come first served, or random order. All persons must be treated in the same way. Justice addresses concerns as equal access to health care.

#. There is no one which is more important than other ,each of these principles is equally important because these are basic ethics which one should have while dealing with the Patients . I think other principles like veracity , fidelity should be added to it to make the healthcare services more secure and efficient .
