Leadership ethics in current coastal medical services to improve health outcomes.. Leadership is the first organization and system performance that supports and provides direction to make action towards health system goals..leaders accountable performance and true system performance achieved by collective accountability for outcomes..current system focus on high-level of ideas,safety with in traditional system..It avoid risk and follow behaviour rules .Leaders communication and their clear direction make organization structured and function effectively..

Senior leadership they have the freedom to carry out plan with local context and take on measured for risk..they face the risk to make innovation.it involves adaptation and adjustment with in the organization..

There is impact and issues to implement the costal organization successful due to lack of affordable health care coverage for lot of uninsured Americans..leaders are working together with communication to implement cost effective program and to maintain efficient service,with trained employees and support Health care initiatives..Technical advancement can change and control this issues..
