aims to provide social benefits to the company, public and to its stakeholder.

One should always choose to work in organization who not only aim about his own profit but also serve the society as well as their employee. As the statement always say ,employees of happy company always to lead to the success of the company Happy employees are loyal employees, and loyal employees can do amazing things. This is one of the keys to success for such industry leaders as Google, Apple .Company should aim at to achieve profit but considering excellent services and products to the consumer . This will not only increase the growth of an individual but simantanously the growth of the organization will be increased .

On the other hand , company should always look in to the growth parameter of an individual. Employee should be motivated only with monetary factors but should be motivated with non monetary factors(job designation, reorganization). Company should always work on Two way communication approaches. It helps the organization to improves and as well the individual to improve.

Companies policies should be structured in such a way that the rules should specify of conduct , the responsibilities of both employees and employers. Company policies and procedures aims to protect the rights of workers as well as the business interests of employers.
