In the present scenario, the problem of population growth along with bad health is one of the serious issue. With the serious health issues, medical costs are rising day-by-day. It is to be noted that one of reason of increased cost of medicare care is from increased cost of service. Diabetes is seen to be one of the common disease among the present population It is followed by different disease like back pain, high blood pressure, oral disease, urinary disease and many more. Ambulance cost has also been increased. Government has started various schemes like medicare and mediclaim. All these results in high costs. Heart disease is also common these days. Even some percentage of population also avoid visiting doctors It resulted in more costs in future. There is also lack of transparency in the medical world There are many hospitals who are charging prices according to their wish and patient from the fear of death also go on paying higher bills.

All these factors affect family, students, employer or any person living in this world. But there can be some effective measures which can be taken:

1.Employer sponsored wellness programs :Such type of programs include gym membership reimbursement or yoga classes. They are meant for maintaining healthy habits and to minimise health costs.

2.Improved medical technology :it is meant for better medical treatment and to maintain transparency in medical line.

3. Healthy lifestyle :The best way to minimise cost is to avoid cost is to adopt healthy lifestyle. Regular exercise, healthy eating habits which should be oil free or yoga classes are some of the options. Morning walk is also helpful.

4.Regular health checkup :It is essential to regularly visit the doctor for checkup to maintain any imbalances in the health issues. Just fir example, any person suffering from diabetes should keep his or her diet under control.

These can be seen as some effective measures to minimise costs.
