It occurs due to hypersecretion of pituitary gland.

It include large hand feets ,toes , prominent jaw forehead and coarse facial features.

Acromegaly occurs in adult .

It is also due to hypersecretion of pituitary gland during adult hood .

Affect mid age adult having large feet face enlarged nose , excessive sweating , enlarged tongue , enlarged facial features, impaired vision ets

Dwarfism is a genetic condition in which growth hormone is not produced for normal growth of the body.

Cause is idiopathic.

Thses three condition are different because acromegaly occurs in adult and can lead to serious illness but gigantism occurs in children not in adult and it also increase organ development both the condition are secretory but occuring in different age but dwarfism is due to inadequate secretion of growth hormone.
