Now a day due to the development of the country these changes occure

1- due to development infection are get reduces and non infecious disease are occurring more

2- due to use of alcohol and smoking non communicable disease are occuing more

Due to caner and chronic disease which lead to the damage to the organ of body like lung cance ,renal carcinoma, hepatic carcinoma there is failure of the organ and it requires transplantation

As we know donation of tha living organ is still on the lower side due to this there is less availability of the organ for transportation and it leads to the problem and people are dieing due to this

Non communicable disease also have feature of late ditection so that it fully damage the orgean and lead to impairment and that requires transplantation

Now a day non communicable disease are increasing more and it is a serious issue that we are fasing now
