Answer #1

1. It is very sensitive dealings in between or among the countries. So, the Ministry of External Affairs or Foreign Ministry will handle the sensitive negotiations between the countries. In before they presenting agenda they will discuss with country heads or prime minister later they will share the countries opinions with another country. In these kinds of negotiations generally, expertise is required to handle the sensitive matters. Because, if the international negotiations failed then it leads to disputes and war will happen. Finally, the country’s economy will collapse and most of them will turn to death due to war.

2. In this global world, the people are migrated from one country to another so the negotiations will not affect their lives wherever they lived in the country. The principle negotiations generally will not resolve the issues as early so possible so both the countries will give assurance of the lives of their people and do the talks in between them. Suppose the countries not agreed with each other then they need to look any alternatives further but they will not go wrong with the lives of the common people.

3. If any country has done anything wrong with the other country then they will need to talks between the countries. Generally, it happens by mistake or accidentally so the countries need to do post-negotiations and resolve the issues. If any country had done a small mistake then the fraternity dissolved also the trade relations will be spoiled.

4. The countries will discuss with their heads in before coming to meet so as per their agenda will not accept by the other country. Finally, the negotiations of the countries failed to accept each other. At this time the total disagreement made in between the countries so the countries will see any alternative step or else do a compromise of both the countries in any sensitive matter. It is the best way to build up strong the relations and it leads to helping their economy buildup strong.

In case, the opposite country totally disagreed with the agenda so they better to talks with multiple times with their heads and again two foreign ministers or Minister of External Affairs will do negotiations to resolve the sensitive issues.
