Answer #1

Abuse refers to the damage which may be reversible or not causing physical and emotional strain to person. Child abuse refers to harming the child in both physical and psychological way .It can be physical abuse like causing injury, lack of food, clothes ,verbal abuse by using inappropriate words, sexual abuse, etc.,

A child in a family who is deprived of food, education and beaten up is called as child abuse in domestic violence. When this is produced in Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act which can sue the people and punish them under law strictly.

The ethics surrounding this is whether their own parents or close relatives to be punished under law. This can affect the child care as well later on.

The main reason for this abuse to be open to wide interpretation are because childrens are the pillars of the future any damage caused to them during childhood can greatly affect the entire society as they grow up and increase the chance of misbehaving and causing great loss to the countries growth in overall aspects.
