WHICH IS NUTRIENT DENSE AND ENERGY DENSE CASHEWS OR KALE??? My book claims nuts are a good source of fat and energy. Just need confirmation

Answer: Kale is more nutritious than cashews as there are many reasons. Kale contains Dietary Fiber which keeps stomach full for longer time, Protein, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Folate, Iron, Magnesium and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Calcium, Potassium, Copper and Manganese. These things keeps body healthy as well as provide constant energy.
