M1*V1 = M2*V2

2---> is for diluted solution

Given:

M1 = 8.016 M

V1 = 219.75 mL

V2 = 315 mL

use:

M1*V1 = M2*V2

M2 = (M1*V1)/V2

M2 = (8.016*219.75)/315

M2 = 5.5921 M

Answer: 5.592 M
