Hello there,

Assuming V0= rate of reaction, [E]= enzyme, [S]= Substrate

We can write the steps as follows

  • Measure V0 at a given [s] for [E]1
  • Measure V0 at a given [s] for [E]2
  • keep measuring [P] at a given time at different [S], till [S]n
  • Plot V0 vs [S]

This is what i feel should be the steps. However i felt there should be more information with the question as what these symbols signifies and the answer should be from this drop down menu and does every step has the same menu.

Also whether we have to discuss about the Vmax ans Km value or not.

I will be happy to help if provided with a little more information.
