Pathophysiology The patient follows a medication for diabetes and high blood pressure. The patient exhibits significant side effects in the form of weight loss, lower motivation, and fatigue. Hypertension or high blood pressure medicines usually trigger the mood of the patients. In order to maintain the blood flow, it can contribute to side effects. The symptoms such as tiredness, fatigue, weight loss, and dizziness are often considered as the side effects of medicines for high blood pressure and diabetes. A change in the dosage or shift of the medicines to another drug can be helpful for the patient.
