Pathophysiology The patient follows a medication for diabetes and high blood pressure. Significant research has proved that medication for diabetes can have severe side effects on the physical as well as emotional aspects of the patients. A side effect is considered as an unwanted issue in the body, which is bought by a potential medication. The patient exhibits significant side effects in the form of weight loss, lower self-esteem, and fatigue. The diabetes medicines usually trigger and increases insulin in the body which results in lower blood sugar level. The symptoms such as tiredness, fatigue, weight loss, and dizziness are often considered as the side effects of diabetes medicines such as biguanides, and metformin. A change in the dosage or shift of the medicines to another drug can be helpful for the patient. |
