These principles can reduce the disparity by creating awareness on the culture, race ,ethnicity, demographic and geographical aspects of different people.Establishing a culturally competent care.Enabling to create a good professional and therapeutic relationship by communication with a healthcare provider and the patient. Encouraging the staffs to be accountable and responsible for their actions and provide care without any bias or differentiation. Not treating patients on the grounds of their socioeconomic status. Certain patients are much gender oriented so that appropriate assignments of staffs to be done to provide uninterrupted services. Making healthcare accessible and affordable to all by the government itself.
