Some of the health determinants that lead to health disparities are environmental, social,economic status, education,employment, social support group,peers,neighbors.

Nutrition plays a vital role in the causation of obesity like fast foods,unhealthy snacking ,wrong eating habits,over eating, high calories over intake without necessity and needs if body requirements.

Loss of physical exercises lead to increased fat deposition and no loss unwanted calories in the body lead to its stagnation in body and caused obesity.

The population who are at greater risk of getting obesity are adults,one who drinks alcohol, with ant medical illness and children

The diet recommendation like low carbohydrate diet,avoiding processed food,eating on right time ,staying away from fried food items, getting help of nutritionist.For children tracking their binge eating habits

Some of the physical exercises like walking,jogging, group exercise training, strength exercises for childrens encourage outdoor games daily at least 1 to 2 hours

The importance of telling this to public is very important because it creates public awareness on the ill effects of obesity in childhood and this forms a base for major disease conditions like diabetes, hypertension, metabolic disease when these children grows up.
