1)Professional safety studies refer to studies related to risk control,fire protection, accident investigation.product and construction safety,health program,education and training programs etc. The first function of professional safety position is to develop methods to anticipate and foresee risks from experience, data,and other sources of information.Second function is to develop risk control methods, and third function is to implement the methods of controlling risks and also give advice to others on methods of controlling risks.

2)Occupational safety and health events is concerned with the health , safety and welfare of the people in the workplace.The aim of this program is to provide a safe work environment.It arose in United kingdom due to concern about the poor health of children in cotton mill. Its work is to protect family members, co workers,employers , customers and all others who may get affected by the environment of the workplace.This study is useful as it helps in the prevention of risks in the workplace.

3)The four reasons are -a) it is the law to provide a safe working environment.b)It makes financial sense because of the danger of accident in the workplace and the huge cost involved.c)It improves the morale of the employee because when they see concern about their health and safety , a sense of belonging towards the company develops .d)This is a good way of marketing because this reflects on the business.
