Answer #1

1.When coming to the article "Opportunuty is Not the Key".argues that access to health care is no sufficient to ensuring good health and there by equal opportunity so long as poor social conditions are allowed to persist in Pan America.

As we all know that medical care is a right ,because we do not believe medical care should not be based on the terms of income but it should be a pert of each citizens right not the previlege.

The one most important problems regarding the access to health care is not primarily the concerns regarding the equal opportunity but also the financial constraints and the concerns in allocating the resources to meet the demands of the customers.

The Government is struggling and finding difficult to allocate the resources to the public to meet the demands of the public but the notation Is that the "equal opportunity " still exists but can't meet the demand of the society due to the persisting financial constraints.

When central, government allocates a given amount of resources to the health sector and when this amount is less than either the consumer or provider could or would like to utilize, some rationing will takes place.

Thus therefore now a days there is arguments that equity is not that important. Most consumers are more concerned about the social conditions and provision of most other goods and services.

\rightarrowThe issues what ever we are discussed above are important in considering public policy

The two of the issues such as poor social condition and access to health care.

The present article showing that there is a poor social condition are allowed to persist in America in the field of health care access to health care is not sufficient to ensuring good health.

The present article shows that the in the U.S there is an arguments going on regarding the poor social conditions facing in health care and results in poor health quality shows the way the United states mismanaged their moral compass.

In the America there is a notation in health field that there is equal opportunity in access to health care for every citizen,

It is my immediate inclination to challenge that a persons moral compass .I feel that that all needs care but that should be make a decision from the central level.

But due to the poor social conditions people are not receiving an equal access to health care.and results in poor quality of health care received. But if i get a chance i take this opportunity to take this as a pride in being a care giver.social

My moral vision is achievement of social and economic justice for all the people

I admit with my empathy and ability to treat every one with the limited resources with maximum out put

Here i will think of the principle of distributive justice, principle of humanity, principle of equality etc.

My moral fitness is i have to think and reflect, the further off target i am from my moral code. That means if i am overwhelmed and unreflective i tend to be rude and inconsiderate to those around me

In my view poor quality receives results in lack of customer satisfaction and mismanagement of the disease.

I thinks that abundant amount of moral issues challenges us every day in the health care field.

When making a decision regarding the United states health care we tend make the decision that are thoughtful

2.Competences encompasses knowledge,skills,abilities and traits.

It is gained in the health care profession through the educational experience, continuous caring with the patient,by handling the priority cases, deals with the emergency,in-service training and the compassion in caring the field

In case if the health care provider is lack to be competent that results in difficulty in making particular health care decisions in particular time.

To the extent poor performance is caused by low competence

Competent is one of the utmost criteria for the performance

Performance is what the organization hires one to do,and do well.

The main aim of the quality assurance project is to improve heath cares providers performance based on competence.
