Watts is Joules per second
Joules are kg m/s^2
2.0 min = 120 s
Work is force times distance in the direction of the force.
Force is gravity times mass
F = mg
Fd = mgd
P =mgd/t = 4*65kg*(9.8m/s^2)*115m/120s
P = 2440 W
