As we continue to strive to “patient-centered” goal, it will be equally important to focus on well-being of physicians, nurses, and care teams. How can we use behavioral economics principles to develop effective physician incentives to deliver high-value care (high quality, cost-conscious care)?

Behavioral economics means these are social sciences it concerns description and analysis of the production, distribution and consumption of goods and services.

Behavioral economic principles to develop effective physician incentives to deliver high value care:

* by appropriate and effective decision makings and judgement regarding client care, they can provide good care to clients.

* what ever the plans made by them put it in to an action currently. Then only they can deliver high value of care to clients.

* make a defaults, it means easiest and objects meeting actions they have to select.

* by reducing the friction cost for health care services, the clients may receives quality of care, if the people who are in low socioeconomic status.

* social proof must be there regarding for their care, that means health care out comes were good.

So, when these all are good the physician incentives also effective and they will deliver high value of care to clients.
