1) Understanding the non physical aspect is as important as understanding the physical needs of the patients. When an individual is psychologically sound and happy earlier is his/her recovery. Stress and inability to ventilate feelings delays the physical recovery that is why caring for physical needs and non physical aspect goes together for complete recovery of patient.

2) Nuclear families enjoy more privacy as compared to extended families, extended families follow more rules than nuclear. Authority is in the hand of an elderly in extended family while nuclear families follow their own rules. Children in extended families become more friendly and the stranger fear is not present in them. In Extended families everyone has to give some percentage of their income for household expenditure. If in nuclear family the child will become more self centered and in extended family will learn to share.

3) Microsystem- more nurturing and more supportive interactions and relationships will lead to childs improved development

Mesosystem- if the parents invite childs friends then development is positive but if they criticized their friendship lead to negative development.

Exosystem- parents workplace and neighborhood also affect childs development indirectly.

Macrosystem- area where children's leave war prone area or area with peace

Chronosystem- change in family structure, environment, address can lead to change of behavior
