The question here can be explained as
As far as we know that technology is something which much vast across this world.
Everyone in this world uses some kind of technologies.
Technologies can vary from mobiles, computers, internet, artificial intelligence, smart watches and wide verieties.
This world with technology helps humans in a better manner and easiness or different aspects.
These aspects may be like easier communication, information gathering and many more.
The question here is how dependent is humans on these technologies.
I would say it is too much.
Bcz from small children to aged adults use one of these technologies.
Most used technology could possibly be mobile and is by young people.
They cannot stay off without mobile for a little period itself.
I could say that its beyond limits.
The Humans are so much dependent on technologies.
The web technology is one among the major technology.
Now coming to the second question. Its says whether this dependence is good or bad.
For some aspect it is good.
Because the use of communication devices makes it much easier way to connect people.
The web helps us in information gathering and so on.
So these technologies are much helpful.
But for some extend it can be bad too. The youth using the technologies for wrong purpose is an example.
The use of mobiles could produce excess radiation and could affect living beings lufe.
So we can say that it is good but there is a limit for its dependence.
The next one can we build a bright future with these technologies.
Of course yes we can.
But we have to use it in the right way to make it possible.
Using technologies we can anything.
Its widely developing and we could possibly see an intelligent future with machines taking over.
I hope my answer helped
feel free to comment
Thanks.

"Technology may make its employees more dependent on it instead of making self-efforts." Do you mean that technology may stifle creativity, thinking outside the box, etc.. What would be an example of this issue? I think one avenue you could take is that technology could make team members dependent on certain communication methods versus others that may take more effort! Just thinking out loud, I am anxious to hear what you think!
