Answer #1

Arrival time of all the flight is independent

(a) Likelihood of all four of the flights arriving within 15 minutes of the scheduled time = 0,94 = 0.6561

(b) Likelihood that none of the selected flights arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time = 0.1 = 0.0001

(c) Likelihood that atleast one of the selected flights did not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time = 1 - Likelihood that none of the flights arrivied within 16 minutes of the scheduled time

= 1 - 0.0001 = 0.999
