An equal and opposite charge on the inner surface of the hollow cavity induced due to point ( + 85 nC) charge induces  
Now the charge on the inner   surface     =   -   85 nC
and due to this the charge on the outer surface   =   + 85 nC
after  giving the charge q    =   - 55 nC  
since the hollow cavity   is a   conductor the whole charge resides on the surface   
Therefore the charge on the inner surface doesn't   change   = - 85 nC
The charge on the outer surface    =   + 85 nC - 55nC   = 30 nC
