In the given figures, we can see the list of introns and the list of exons located along the messenger Ribonucleic acid (mRNA) molecule. A pre-mRNA is a molecule produced only in eukaryotes which contains both introns and exons. It then undergoes the process of RNA splicing to give the mature mRNA.
After the process of RNA splicing in which introns are removed and exons are joined together, we obtain the mRNA.
