The two primary static methods used in brain imaging are,
1). Computer tomography (CT)
2). Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
In MRI (magnetic resonance imagery) scan, the molecules in a body organ are aligned by putting the person in large magnetic fields. This organization is disrupted as the blood flows into the organ and this is recorded by special cameras.
Computed Tomography (CT scan) works based on the principle of how our eyes work together. It is performed to diagnose the diseases of spinal cord and roots of spinal nerves, brain, head injuries and any other serious injuries.
Thus, the blanks can be filled with CT scan; MRI scan.
