Computed Tomography (CT scan) works based on the principle of how our eyes work together. It uses ionizing radiation and creates many X-ray images of the same object simultaneously.
A scanning software is used to combine all the images into a three-dimensional image of the brain.
CT scan is used to diagnose the diseases of spinal cord and roots of spinal nerves, brain, head injuries and any other serious injuries.
