Write a function condDispCurrentRatio() in MATLAB that returns the ratio of the amplitudes of the conduction and displacement current densities in a given material. The input data to the function are the permittivity and conductivity of the material, and the vector (array) of frequencies. Then, with the use of this function, plot the conduction to displacement current ratio in a frequency range 10 kHz ≤ f ≤ 10 GHz for a sample of rural ground with εr = 14 and σ = 10−2 S/m that is occupied by a time-varying electric field of intensity E(t) = E0 cos ωt.
