Graphical representation of complex numbers. Write a function cplxNumPlot() in MATLAB to represent (plot) an arbitrary complex number in the complex plane, as in Fig.6.14(c). The input arguments for the function are the complex number and a color specification for plotting the vector c. The graph also contains the textual information on the magnitude and phase angle of c, placed near the vector c. (cplxNumPlot.m on IR)
