As a combination of systems in MATLAB Exercises 6.1 and 6.2, assume that the current in the wire conductor in Fig.6.2 is time-varying and that the contour is moving away from the wire. Hence, we have a motion of a contour in a time-varying magnetic field, and the emf is induced in the contour due to combined (transformer plus motional) induction. With c + vt in place of c, Eqs.(6.2) give the following expression for the total (combined) emf in the contour:
Write a MATLAB code that plots eind(t), as well as the parts of this emf corresponding to the transformer and motional induction, respectively, as indicated in Eq.(6.3), for a = 4 cm, b = 1 cm, c = 10 cm, i(t) = sin(377t) A (t in s), and v = 50 m/s. (ME6 3.m on IR)
