Draw a flowchart for a computer program that could be used to control the traffic at a busy intersection where two streets cross. Traffic should be allowed to flow over the east–west route, unless a car stops at the north-or south-bound streets entering the intersection. Write this program in the language of your choice. Include an input mechanism for indicating the number of cars at each sector of the intersection.
