While demolishing an old tank, a contractor purchased several cylinders of compressed air, painted gray. After two days he found that he needed more cylinders and sent a truck for another cylinder. The driver returned with a black cylinder. None of the workers, including the man in charge of the breathing apparatus, noticed the change or, if they did, attached any importance to it.
