At the lowest temperature that is at 50C, the bacteria show minimal growth, because they cannot reproduce very well at that temperature. They are almost static or just viable but not dead.

In the second case there is a little growth, which shows this temperature, which is 100 C is better than the freezing 50C, thus there is a little more growth at the end of the 3rd day. In the last case, the temperature 150C is more favorable than the previous two temperatures, thus there is optimum growth among the three.
