1.The EBP can be promoted in organizational culture by the following:

Support from organization for the adoption of EBP is essential to promote EBP throughout the organization.

• Learning from culture as a part:

Some organization provide workshops for nursing manager to learn more on managerial issues. Learn to locate data bases in classes from organization.
