Ans-1-- A- eat whole egg.....as it contain high level of protein and fat ..one eaten in morning supress the appetite upp to 24-36 hr ...and it also contains vitamin which are fat soluble which also help in increasing bmi and normal metabolism

B- Leafy green like kale ,spinach,swiss chard

C- eat fiber diet and whole fruits iinsted of juice of fruits.

Ans-2- 1--A private doctor promotion this diet his name is Dr Neeraj yadav and

2--he is considered as a public health motivated and a reliable sourse of education about health

3- he has mbbs degree and can be consider a reliable sourse of information

4- past record of that person is also in social services

5- he is deriving an NGO. Which also help people in motivation about our own health

Ans--3- 1--- we have to follow these diet for nearly 2 month

2- this time is required because change iin bmi and degradation of fat is not a single day process

2- these diet can reach to the body requirements of micronutrients

3- these diet can also reach to demand of macronutrients

4- these diet give the sense of fullness but calorie are not as much so fat degradation occurs
