(a). Tylenol with codeine #3(300 mg/30 mg) were the drugs administered at 10 pm on 12/10.

Tylenol with codeine(Acetaminophen with codeine phosphate) tablets are administered for the relief of mild to moderately severe pain.

(b). The patient received gabapentin at 10 am,2 pm and 6 pm.The military timing are 1000(10 am),

1400(2 pm) and 1800(6 pm).

(c). The initial SG is of Sara Gordon.Nurse Gordon administered 200 mg of Cefpodoxime (Vantin) at 8 am

on 4 consecutive days(12/7 -12/10).

(d). The route of administration of Levemir is subcutaneous.

Levemir should not be administered intramuscularly or intravenously,which could result in Hypoglycemia.

(e). The initial MC is of Mary Colon.The drugs administered by nurse Colon on 12/8 were

Norvase(amlodipine) 5mg (10 am)
