Yes in this case the man has the right to veto an abortion and it will be problematic for the woman to have the abortion. Yes there is the legal right of the father regarding the fatherhood as well as for the abortion, there should be a legal consent for the abortion, if the woman has the legal consent of the father then she can go for the abortion legally otherwise the man can go against her.
