The majority of Pfizer’s revenues come from the manufacture and sale of biopharmaceutical products. . They list three categories of inventory on their annual report, they are listed below along with their 2017 & 2016 numbers (in millions).

  • Raw Materials 2017 - $ 788, 2016 - $793
  • Work in Progress 2017 - $3,908, 2016 - $3,696
  • Finished Goods 2017 - $2,883, 2016 - $2,293

The Cost of Goods Manufactured is calculated as below
