4. Social determinants - Impact of social and economic factors - material, social, political, and cultural conditions that shape our lives and behaviors. Health care workers should focus more on the social determinants because ability to influence events that occur in your life → if cant control stress response can kick in and decrease health

Finding the joy in moving one's body & becoming more physically vital

Accepting & respecting the natural diversity of body sizes & shapes

According to me health matters more in a person's life ,as person's social life ,and a person's health.
