Leadership:
This is the process of heading a group of people so that the goal or target as a whole could be achieved.
Poor leadership:
In a week of observations I have seen a poor leadership.
This is a firm of manufacturing and selling garments. The marketing manager, who is the leader of marketing department, scolds one of its employee in-front of others. Actually the employee is new to the organization; therefore, done some mistakes.
Affect:
It must reduce performance of the employee.
The manger should not scold him in this way, since this is prestigious; rather, the manager should call him in the chamber for any sort discussion or understanding.
Understanding:
The management and its leader don’t know how to motivate or encourage staffs. They are unprofessional.
