2. Describe a specific instance where the manager displayed inclusive leadership behavior.
answer-
1- Inclusive leadership is the practice of leadership that carefully includes the contributions of all stakeholders in the community or organization when a leader does not use inclusive behavior with its team then team will not be effective and each member or employee get suffered by it. for example- If an employee did a great job by analyzing the defects in project but did not praise the work of that employee or did not give any positive response then it would be very bad for team specially for that employee because it would demotivate that employee and his loyalty for leader tend to shake and then That employee will not give is 100 percent to the task as he is not being recognized by his work. In this way, employee can respond either positively by thinking that one day my work will be recognized which would be good to think or negatively by lowing their morale and doing work late by thinking that who care. personally, i would respond positively because one every one's hard work gets paid off only you have to just keep try.
