  • Security lax of maintaining data
  • getting postmortem forensic report
  • if the method used are outdated ,data cannot be recovered
  • loss of patient data
  • Medical error are highly possible due to lack if data
  • Transmission of data from one healthcare organizations to other will be difficult
  • accessing the data of patient by physician will be a trouble and vice versa
