Using SR’s current meal plan, calculated the number of carbohydrate exchanges and grams of carbohydrate consumed at each meal and snack. (Use the appendix of your text as the resource for CHO exchanges; Use the NCM calculator to determine grams of CHO.

The calculated carbohydrates are accurate for each menu wereby distributing itself to various nutrients ranging from carbohydrates, fats and which are free form.
